Fulham: Dempsey Case Subject Unplug Lawsuit
Fulham on Wednesday deprive them of poaching lawsuit against Clint Dempsey Liverpool, after receiving an official letter of apology from the Merseyside club.
Fulham reported Liverpool to the Premier League in the summer, after the owner of the site there is a story in The Red Fenway Sports Group, which claims that the United States midfielder has joined them.

"Fulham can confirm that today (Wednesday), we have removed the lawsuit aimed at Liverpool FC for the actions of the Merseyside club's inappropriate interest in a Clint Dempsey around all summer," the statement contained in the Fulham website.
"Liverpool chairman Tom Werner to apologize personally to Mohamed Al Fayed, saying the club is fully responsible for the Fulhan unprofessional attitude and emphasize their regret the whole episode."
"In a letter from Liverpool to Fulham CEO Alistair Mackintosh, praise Tom Werner is a humble attitude of a chief reaffirmed, as the club was to make sure that the actions of Liverpool's unacceptable."
"The chairman decided that all these measures are sufficient, and that attitude is a good intention, so instruct all claims against them to be revoked."
