German Police Hunt Two Men after Discover Explosives
German police on Wednesday said they were looking for two men in connection with a package that was left at the station Bonn in western Germany that allegedly contains explosive.
Norbert Wagner, who led the police investigation Cologne, told reporters that the blue bag left on Monday to contain "four butane gas cylinders ... a long metal pipe 40 centimeters ... three batteries and a clock.
In metal pipes are included ammonium nitrate, an explosive substance, clear Wagner.
If butane gas exploded and caused ammonium nitrate was on, "will be a big explosion ... which of course will hurt people with severe, "the cop said.
However, authorities say that they have not found the detonators for improvised explosive devices, although it is possible detonator was broken when a number of experts destroyed on Monday.
The discovery prompted the evacuation of the package as a whole at the station Bonn.
Authorities say they are looking for a person seen carrying the bag in the CCTV images and another man who may be a key witness or possible suspects.
