Greenpeace Welcomes Levi's Promise Related Materials Chemistry
Paris - U.S. Manufacturer of jeans, Levi Strauss, is committed to eliminating all hazardous chemicals from their suppliers until 2020, Greenpeace said on Thursday, claiming victory for global Detox campaign.
"The commitment made by Levi Strauss is a victory for the local community of the company's production was affected by the pollution, and also to the countries where the brand is found," the group said in a statement.
Levi Strauss said this week that it is committed to "eliminate all hazardous chemicals from all pasokannnya and all production procedures."
