New Delhi, - Barbaric! A man in India can kill his sister in public. He beheaded the brother who allegedly had an affair.
A guy named Mehtab Alam was even walk to the police station in the town Nadial, Kolkata, North India to hand over his brother's head, Nilofer Biwi along with a sword he used to kill the victim.
To the police, the 29-year-old man admitted his actions. Similarly, as reported Malaysian Nanban daily and reported by The Star, Monday (12/10/2012).
Local police said Nilofer parents have reported their daughter's disappearance to the police after she eloped with a rickshaw puller. Alam then discovered that his sister was the mother of two children, living with the pedicab driver.
