It's 700 People Killed Due to Typhoon Bopha in the Philippines, Hundreds Missing

The death toll from Typhoon Bopha in the Philippines continues to grow. So far over 700 people have been confirmed dead due to natural disasters. While hundreds of people are still missing.

Most of the missing were fishermen who are feared drowned in the ocean. This was conveyed by the office as reported by the Philippine Civil Defense office beritan AFP on Tuesday (12/11/2012).

Typhoon Bopha has caused floods and landslides on the island of Mindanao, southern Philippines on December 4 last year. So far at least 714 people died from the storm.

According to the Philippine Civil Defense, nearly 115,000 homes destroyed by the storm. More than 116 thousand people are still living in the centers provided by the government.

So far a total of 890 people are still missing. But according to local authorities, some of their lost chances are 257 bodies have been found but not yet identified, and has not been picked up by their families.
